Returns for In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns for Online Orders
Online orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items must be in their orginal condition with tags attached.
Returns on Afterpay, Layby or Grant Orders
Afterpay, Layby and Grant orders follow the same return policy as regular purchases.
If refunds are granted, they will be issued according to the original payment method.
Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
A full refund to the original payment method is assessed through a case-by-case basis.
Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty once purchased.
Sale and Last Stock Items
Sale and Last Stock items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges for size may be accommodated if available.
Promotional Items
Items purchased under promotion or discount are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items.
Items purchased under the promotional period and returned after it has ended will still be honoured according to the deal.
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please contact the SBHS Uniform Shop or visit us in-store, to arrange the return of faulty items.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact or visit the SBHS Uniform Shop within 15 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Items reported as missing after the 15-day leeway period will not be eligible for reimbursement.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact or visit the SBHS Uniform Shop for processing.
Provide proof of your order by bringing along the order number with your returned item.
Returns must be brought to our main store location.
How to Collect Online Orders
Orders may be collected in-store during regular business hours.
Upon ordering, a selection for collection time should have been made. Please note that it takes one day to pack online orders if they are in stock. If a collection time hasn't been selected, the collection hours are weekdays from 10:30am to 3:30pm, excluding holidays.
Please bring your order confirmation for pickup.
How to Collect In-Store Orders
Orders may be collected in-store during the regular SBHS Uniform Shop hours. Unlike online orders that require a 1-day processing time, in-store orders can be packed within 5-30 minutes depending on hour of the day and item location.
Please note that all items cannot be guaranteed to be in stock, so we suggest checking availability first.
How to Initiate Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. Store credits will be issued instantly for in-store returns.

How to Initiate Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit can be issued.

Grant Processes
Grants must be verified and presented in-store for processing, as they cannot be used directly online.
Grants are subject to the same refund and exchange policies as other forms of payment and must be utilised within their validity period. Customers are required to provide all necessary documentation and identification. For further details, please contact the SBHS Uniform Shop team.

Prices provided in quotes are accurate as of the date of issue and are subject to change without prior notice. Items quoted on sale will be honored for up to 30 days.
It's important to note that while a quote offers an estimate, it does not guarantee the availability of sizes or items. Availability may vary based on stock levels and demand, and as such, we recommend confirming the availability of specific sizes or items at the time of purchase.
Items ordered through quotes will not be released to the requester until payment has been successfully processed.
Quotes will be held on record for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
